**** Any chosen packages will be invoiced by the Organisation Company (Sedef Bosnia) as "Symposium Registration Fee" on the name of each participant.

**** There is not an early or late registration / payment (please see "important dates" menu)


Symposium Social Programs (accomodation, dinner, lunch, symposium trips etc.) will be organized by Sedef Bosnia Company.

Terms and Conditions

• Payment and registration deadlines for Gold and Silver Packages are July 10, 2015 and for the Local and Basic Packages are July 31, 2015.
• No extension will be given for registration and payment.
• Payments should be done on time for each individual.


****Important**** A twin room has 2 separate single beds. If you are staying in a twin room, please note the name of the person you would like to share the room with. Otherwise, the system will randomly place you with one of the participants.


 

Cancellation and Refund

The symposium organization committee must be notified in written via e-mail  of a cancellation for all registers.

Cancellations before August 17, 2015, a full refund will be given except resend costs.

Any cancellation between August 18, 2015 and September 30, 2015 will be refunded with 20% cut-off.

Refunds will be processed within two-three weeks after symposium.

The organization committee is not responsible for travel expenses or penalties under any circumstances.
