The authors can apply for the poster competition before the poster sessions, and their posters will be recognized with a specific sign indicating the competition attendance. The posters are not requested to be sent before the symposium.
Each participant can apply for the competition with only one poster per session.
The applicants of the poster competition have to present their posters during the corresponding poster sessions.
The referees of the Poster Competition will judge the posters during the poster sessions according to the review criteria below:
• The applicant has comprehensive knowledge of the subject of poster presentation
• The subject of the poster presentation is original and congruent with the symposium theme
• The content of the poster fully explains the research or review
• The poster is prepared in a comprehensive manner
• The poster is visually attractive
Only the first-, second- and third-place winners will be notified personally. The winners will be announced at the Closing Ceremony.
Each of the Winners will be prized with an Apple iPad Mini (16 GB) and also receive a certificate indicating the first, second and third place.
